Shipping policy

Orders will be processed on business days only. Orders will be delivered on business days within 24 to 72 hours after collecting (check your email to confirm that you received the shipping confirmation to be aware of delivery within the established time frame). Please note that delivery time varies depending on location; orders outside of Guatemala City tend to take longer than orders in the capital city area.
