Our founder, Victoria, started Hive with a clear mission: to combine the incredible benefits of pure honey with a sustainable approach with bees to help her clients use their hair naturally without having to style it with heat tools and harmful chemicals.
Inspired by her family's apiary, she created products that moisturize and reduce frizz significantly while also caring for the planet and bees. With Hive, Victoria empowers each of her clients to embrace their natural beauty in a sweet way.

Bees are nature’s alchemists and are responsible for pollinating around 75% of plants, flowers, and crops around the world. They gift us with wonderful ingredients such as honey, which since the time of the Mayans and the ancient Egyptians has been used in beauty rituals for its incredible benefits for the skin and hair.
At Hive, we take that ancestral wisdom and bring it to the present with products that care for your hair naturally, while protecting our bees with the love and respect they deserve.
Our apiary follows sustainable and mindful practices: we only harvest honey once a year, following the biodynamic calendar, in harmony with nature’s cycles. We never feed the bees sugar water or artificial supplements; we leave them enough honey so they can stay strong and healthy all year long. Moreover, we never take their wax, because we know that everything they produce has a purpose within the hive.
This way, every drop of honey we use is full of intention, care, and respect. Your hair feels it, and so does the planet.
