Where does the honey you use in your products come from?

Our 100% pure honey comes from our own sustainable apiary, where we care for our bees respectfully. Harvesting honey only once a year (we only collect the surplus, not all the honey they produce), we don't remove the wax and we let them live and work naturally to prolong their lives without disturbing them, so they can continue their vital work that sustains life on this planet.

Are Hive products safe for all hair types?

Yes, our products are suitable for all hair types, including colored and chemically treated hair.

The Brainwash shampoo from the Anti-Frizz Therapy product line is specifically for people with dry/balanced scalp. We recommend that people with oily hair do not use it as it will not cleanse them as deeply as this type of scalp needs.

What does it mean that your products are cruelty-free?

We do not test on animals, our products are completely cruelty-free. In addition, our apiary is biodynamic and sustainable. Our apiary is cruelty-free and our bees are not exploited for honey production.

Can I use the conditioner as a mask?

Sure! Just apply and leave on for 3-5 minutes for deep hydration.

You can also do a Homemade Cocktail Treatment:

Mix 4-5 pumps of The Rebel Honey Hair Oil with your Hive Overthinker Hydrating and Anti-Frizz Conditioner. Apply the mixture from mid-lengths to ends and leave it on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse your hair. Use your Hive homemade cocktail treatment 1-2 times a week to hydrate, nourish, add shine, soften and to tame frizz on your hair.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

Can I return a product?

Only if it is damaged and you notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Likewise, if within a period of 4 months any of the products shows changes in its appearance, color, or smell, we will replace the damaged product with one in good condition.

Outside of these cases, returns and refunds are not accepted.
