Our apiary follows sustainable and conscious practices: we only collect honey once a year, following the biodynamic calendar, in harmony with nature's cycles. We never feed the bees sugar water or artificial supplements; we leave them with enough honey to keep them strong and healthy throughout the year. Furthermore, we don't remove their wax, because we know that everything they produce has a purpose within the hive. Thus, every drop of honey we use is filled with intention, care, and respect.
